Who handles my renovation?
RenoWise carries out and coordinates your renovation. Our crews and selected specialists work under our supervision, with RenoWise accountable for the agreed scope.
When do I pay?
No deposit. You pay every two weeks for completed, documented work. Your quotation sets out the billing schedule and payment terms before work begins.
Can my price change?
Your itemised quote shows what is included and what each item costs. Scope changes need your written approval in the app, including the price, before extra work begins.
Your agreed scope has an agreed price. If we bill more for that scope without your written approval in the app, we absorb the difference.
How do I follow progress?
Your renovation includes access to our project app for photos, milestones, costs and documents.
A photo update every three days during active renovation work. If we miss a scheduled update, RM100 is automatically credited on your next invoice.
The update schedule and automatic credit rules will be stated with your quotation. Final project terms are being prepared.
How do I get a quote?
WhatsApp us your location, planned work and intended start date. We’ll arrange a free consultation. Your itemised quote follows within 72 hours of your site visit.
What projects and areas do you cover?
Partial and full-home renovations, offices and shoplots across the Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Can I use my own contractor?
Yes. We coordinate their schedule and site access. Your agreed scope will clarify which work RenoWise is responsible for.
How long will it take?
It depends on scope and site conditions. Partial renovations typically take 4–16 weeks; extensive full-home work can take up to a year. We discuss your timeline before work begins.
What happens after handover?
Your 12-month workmanship warranty covers workmanship defects, fixed free. Report and track repairs in your project app. Materials carry their manufacturer warranties.
